USEPA Grant Application Process: Grant Applications submitted to USEPA on December 3, 2012 

 

City of Rockford Grant Applications to the USEPA for Brownfields Assessment and Cleanup Grants:

The City will be pursuing an Assessment Grant for Community-Wide Hazardous Substances and Petroleum. The City is requesting $400,000 for the community-wide hazardous substances and petroleum Assessment Grant. The City will also apply for a Cleanup Grant for the Amerock (Ziock) site at 416 S. Main Street.

These Grant Applications were submitted to the USEPA on December 3, 2012. 

 

Public Meeting

 

A public meeting was held November 13, 2012 at 5:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers, 425 E. State Street, Rockford, regarding the following: 

          1)  Environmental Cleanup of the Amerock (Ziock) building at 416 S. Main Street.
