Downtown Implementation Plan Survey

The City of Rockford’s Community and Economic Development and Public Works departments seek your help in completing a quick survey on the Downtown Rockford experience.  The feedback we receive from you will help us identify the catalytic projects and activities to implement for continued growth of the central area and the entire community.

This survey should only take about 10 minutes of your time.  Your answers will be kept anonymous.  If you elect to provide any contact information, it will not be shared with any entity.
